1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of vehicles from 360 Car Rental. By signing or electronically accepting the rental agreement, the customer ("Renter") acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms mentioned below.

2. Driver Age and License Requirements

The renter and any additional driver must be at least 19 years.

The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.

The maximum driver age is 75 years.

Young driver surcharge for ages 19-20:25% and for 21-23: 15%. Vehicle category restrictions may apply.

For driving licenses in non-Latin characters, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.

A valid passport or ID is required at the time of pickup.

3. Reservations and Vehicle Categories

Reservations are made by vehicle category. A specific model is not guaranteed.

If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle of the same category will be provided.

If no vehicle is available in the reserved category, a free upgrade will be offered.

After the reservation has been made, an email automatically will be sent to the registered adress so you can fill up the required personal details. Make sure you fill them up to minimize any delays and wait time upon arrival so you can start enjoying your trip in our island!

4. Rental Duration, Extensions and Late Return

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Rental extension is possible by contacting the company in advance.

A grace period of 1 hour applies after the agreed return time.

In case of late return, a full daily rental rate is charged.

No refund is provided for early return of the vehicle.

5. Insurance and Deposit

Excess and deposit amounts vary depending on the vehicle category. The exact amount will be displayed during the booking process in the insurance section.

Basic Insurance is included in the rental price.

Full Insurance is available with excess included in the reservation page.

Full Insurance GOLD PLUS+ is available with 150.00€ excess.

( With Full Insurance GOLD PLUS+, your trip will be guaranteed safe with the maximum excess of 150€ in any kind of situation)

6. Fuel Policy

Same-to-Same: The vehicle is provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel is charged at the current local retail price on the date of return, plus a refueling service fee of €25.

No refund is provided for extra fuel.

7. Mileage Policy

The rental includes unlimited mileage.

8. Additional Drivers and Extras

Additional drivers are permitted. All additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements and be registered in the rental agreement, must be mentioned and provide all the mandatory details as the main driver.

Fee for additional driver: €3 per day.

Available car extras:

• Baby Seat: €2/day
• Booster Seat: €2/day

9. Insurance Exclusions

Insurance coverage does NOT apply in the following cases:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Unauthorized driver
• Off-road driving
• Use of wrong fuel
• Loss of keys
• Vehicle lockout (keys locked inside)
• Interior damage
• Uncovered parts of the Vehicle: interior, roof, rims, tires, undercarriage, glasses, lights, indicators, antennas, badges, locks
• Unreported accident
• Natural events (such as snow, hail, flood or rock fall), war, riots, terrorist acts, radiation, vandalism).
• Willful acts of the driver or any authorized driver
• Clutch damage caused by improper use
• Reckless, dangerous, abusive, or intentional misuse of the Vehicle

10. Accidents, Damage and Traffic Fines

In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify any authorized staff member of the company in the registered phone numbers (+30 694 352 1268) .

A police report is required in every case of accident.

The renter is required to complete and retain the Accident Report Form (Amicable Statement) at the scene of the accident.

Taking photographs at the scene of the accident is recommended and/or required.

Any damages or technical incidents happened to the car that are not reported during the rental period but at the end of the rental period / drop off are not covered by the insurance. In case of violation of these terms the renter is fully responsible for all resulting costs, and will be charged for all deficits the company "360 Three Sixty" may have because of this.

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.

11. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rental vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes on suitable public roads.

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.

In case of violation (smoking, pets, excessive soiling), a deep cleaning fee of €60 will apply.

12. Delivery, Collection and After-Hours Service

Available delivery and collection points are displayed during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for delivery/collection to locations remote from our base.

After-hours service is available with the following charges:

• 9:01 PM - 11:59 PM: €20
• 12:00 AM - 7:59 PM: €35

13. Ferrying / Travel Restrictions

Transport or use of the vehicle outside the region/island is not permitted in any case. 

14. Cancellation, No-Show and Early Return

All cancellations made at least 48 hours before are free :

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup is not eligible for a refund.

In case of no-show, the reservation is automatically cancelled after 1 hour.

No refund is provided in case of no-show.

15. Vehicle Return, Cleanliness and Inspection

Vehicle inspection upon return is conducted in the presence of a staff member.

The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. (additional cleaning charges may occur depending the vechicle condition 15-50€)

16. Data Protection and Privacy

The company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679).

Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of the rental.

Data is shared with third parties only when required by law or by service providers for the operation of the rental.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

The competent courts are those of Zakynthos.
